Rosemary Infused Almonds

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6-8 oz sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp high-quality, extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:

  • Infuse olive oil with rosemary, salt and pepper and toss almonds to coat. Serve in my ceramic ramekins!
